You will not use the services for unlawful purposes, scrape automated data, try to bypass security measures, or transmit harmful code. Any comparison pricing shown is informational and depends on provider verification, geography, and credit qualification.

4. Third Party Providers

LeadSmith routes inquiries to authorized, licensed providers such as ADT, Vivint, telecom carriers, and regional contractor crews. Final terms, pricing, and installation are governed by the provider's own agreements. LeadSmith is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third party provider.

5. Intellectual Property

The LeadSmith mark, logo, website design, copy, and brand systems belong to LeadSmith Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, LeadSmith disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State where LeadSmith Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
