By accessing or using any LeadSmith Solutions LLC ("LeadSmith") website, intake form, or call line, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form or speaking with our desk. You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.

3. Use Constraints

You will not use the services for unlawful purposes, scrape automated data, attempt to circumvent security measures, or transmit harmful code. Comparative pricing displayed is informational and subject to provider verification, geography, and credit qualification.

4. Third-Party Providers

LeadSmith routes inquiries to authorized, licensed providers (e.g., ADT, Vivint, telecom carriers, regional contractor units). Final terms, pricing, and installation are governed by the provider's own agreements. LeadSmith is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party provider.

5. Intellectual Property

The LeadSmith mark, logo, website design, copy, and brand systems are owned by LeadSmith Solutions LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadSmith disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which LeadSmith Solutions LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.
